For this pattern I used a size 3 hook but a size 3.25 should work. I also used size 3 crochet thread because that’s what I use in most of my projects
You can use Aunt Lydia’s Fashion Crochet Thread size 3
or DMC Petra Cotton Size 3
Or any other size 3 thread.

Create magic circle
R1: Chain3, 4TRC, 4DC, 4HDC Chain 1, 1TRC, Chain 1, 4HDC, 4DC, 4TRC (in magic circle). Chain 3, slip stitch in magic circle.
R2: Chain 3, 2SC in first stitch,2HDC in next stitch, 3HDC in next stitch, 3HDC in next stitch, 2HDC in next stitch, 2HDC in next stitch, 6SC, 1SC in Chain 1 space, 1TRC, 1SC in Chain 1 space, 6SC, 2HDC in next stitch, 2HDC in next stitch, 3HDC in next stitch, 3HDC in next stitch, 2HDC in next stitch, 2SC in next stitch. Chain 3, slip stitch in magic circle.
R3: Chain 3, SC around, Chain 3, Slip stitch in magic circle.
(PS. For the loop at the top I simply used a chain of 10 and slip stitched into the 10th chain. I attached the hearts together using the chain stitch, slip stitching half of the heart, chain stitch til I got to the last heart where I slip stitched on the other side and single crochet along the chain. I continued this til I got to the top. I also recommend blocking the hearts.)
